I have a passion for continous growth, I adapt pretty quickly to any work changes, and throughout being at the same company for 7 years, I have learned to have great problem solving abilities, as far as when material ran low or on how to build specific units.

I have been with this company for almost 7 years, I became a line lead 6 months into the job. As a line lead, I was to make sure my line had on all the proper PPE, as well as help them understand reading the blueprints & train them. I also needed to make sure they were using all hand drills/ tools properly & made sure all the material was on the line in order to meet the deadline.
As an advanced assembler, I need to make sure I can properly assemble the units according to the print & be able to use pneumatic tools a read basic blueprints.
