Stephanie Zenzola

Recent graduate of the Boston University Physician Assistant Program. As a Chicago-area native who recently moved back home, I am excited to begin my clinical career here. I look forward to being a dedicated team member, continuously building my clinical reasoning skills, and practicing compassionate, patient-centered care. In my free time, I enjoy running, baking, reading, and exploring new places with family and friends.

Medical Assistant at Ear, Nose, and Throat Center (2021-06 – 2023-06)

• Gathered medical history from 30+ patients daily, presented pertinent information to physicians, and addressed patient questions regarding medications and plan of care
• Communicated imaging, pathology, and laboratory results to patients over the phone
• Assisted with in office allergy testing, balloon sinuplasty procedures, thyroid biopsies, and salivary stone removal
• Trained and mentored new medical assistants on clinic workflow, documentation, and navigating the EHR system
