I am an experienced manager, and also went to college for culinary arts. I attempted to take early retirement a few years ago, but the economy prohibited that. I am looking for part-time work in addition to my regular job to supplement my income.
Most of my experience has been in the food service industry. I have worked as a chef, manager, and multi-unit manager.
My most relevant education comes from college. I have an associate's degree in hotel and restaurant management from El Centro college in Dallas
