Allen, B.S. in Natural Resource Management, has more than 20 years of experience and progressive responsibility in environmental and civil engineering consulting. His qualifications include extensive hands-on planning, field investigation and construction management, field crew supervision, contractor liaison, private landowner interface, agency interface, biological and cultural research and implementation of variety of regulation compliance. Allen is proficient in a very wide range of fields related to field implementation of projects including various disciplines of biology, botany, cultural and civil projects. Mr. Allen's background includes extensive service to public and private-sector clientele including USFS, BLM, BIA, ACOE, state agencies and a number of federally recognized tribal authorities.
He currently serves in the capacity of senior biologist, with responsibility for the field functions of the division including all quality, financial and administrative operations, as well as staff performance and development.
