Allen, B.S. in Natural Resource Management, has more than 20 years of experience and progressive responsibility in environmental and civil engineering consulting. Mr. Allen's background includes extensive service to public and private-sector clientele including USFS, BLM, BIA, ACOE, state agencies and a number of federally recognized tribal authorities.
