I have led worldwide GTM operations and strategy teams at Stripe, Amazon Web Services, VMware and managed smaller operations teams before that at Appirio, Interwoven, BEA Systems and Oracle. I have deep experience in hiring, developing, building and scaling worldwide operations teams and expertise in GTM Strategy, sales forecasting and GTM planning, compensation design, development of business analytics and intelligence and dashboards to track and analyze GTM performance metrics.
