With over 8 years of experience in the security industry, I currently serve as the Central Station Supervisor for DGA Security Systems, where I lead a team of 18 operators. My role encompasses overseeing critical functions such as customer escalations, emergency dispatch, payroll, scheduling, training, and case management. I bring extensive expertise across a range of security technologies, including Security Systems, Fire Systems, Card Access Systems, and CCTV.
