I have over 10 years of experience in the warehouse industry, where I worked as a warehouse lead and a warehouse associate. In these roles, I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring quality and efficiency, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity. I also trained and coached new and existing employees on best practices and safety standards.

As a certified scrum master, I have the skills and knowledge to facilitate agile project management and collaboration among cross-functional teams. I have completed several online courses and projects on scrum methodology, agile principles, and software development life cycle. I am proficient in using various tools and platforms such as Jira, Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace to manage projects, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver value to customers.
