I am a very motivated individual who loves spending time with family and leading an active lifestyle. Often, I am working out, racing, doing a mud run, or playing soccer. Recently I won my weight class at a bodybuilding show 20 years after last competing. I have a passion for helping others.
I have been in fitness for over 25 years with my start as a personal trainer. First five years of my personal training I also focused on corporate sales. Leading the gym in new relationships and converting the private sector to our gym.
I started my own Franchise nearly 20 years ago. Grew the franchise to 10 locations and my company to date has done over 10 million in sales. Developed the franchise documents, operations manual, marketing manual, training protocol, etc.
