Results-driven Operations and Project Manager with extensive experience in nonprofit administration, operations, and strategic planning. Skilled in budgeting, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Proven ability to manage complex projects, streamline workflows, and drive impactful initiatives. Adept at fostering collaboration, securing funding, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
In my current position as Executive Strategic Director at JustLeadershipUSA, I serve as a thought partner, strategic advisor, and interdepartmental project manager. I lead a national collective of systems-impacted individuals and allies across all 50 states, coordinating with over 30 federal agencies to ensure equity and fairness in policies affecting individuals impacted by the criminal legal system. Through this role, I have led the development of a policy roadmap for the next Presidential and Congressional administrations and implemented systems that significantly enhanced program effectiveness.
These experiences have strengthened my ability to navigate complexity, manage stakeholder engagement, and deliver results under tight timelines—qualities critical to the Chief of Staff role.
Previously, as Director of the Collaborative on Reckoning and Justice at Columbia University’s Justice Lab, I managed a multi-million-dollar initiative aimed at systemic transformation within the criminal legal system. I led a diverse team, aligned stakeholders, and facilitated biannual convenings to drive actionable insights and progress. My tenure at the Austin Justice Coalition further highlights my success in building organizational capacity, securing funding from major donors, and spearheading policy reforms to advance racial equity.
