Susan Cardosi-Albert

I have roughly 25 years of nonprofit and arts experience, accumulating a wealth of knowledge for operational efficiency and strategic planning. My intention as a consultant is to help nonprofit organizations build community through experiences that inspire meaningful conversations, self-discovery and growth. I have a particular passion for storytelling, performing arts.

I believe in leadership transparency and that organizations can thrive with a people-focused culture. My hope is to bring on new clients or find a director role with an amazing mission-driven organization.

2021 - Present | Nonprofit Consultant - Work with mission-driven businesses to set goals and articulate their intended impact through mindful strategies for culture building, community engagement, and leadership transparency. Client work includes employee manuals, communication and fundraising strategies, outreach and strategic partnerships.

2011 - 2021 | Assistant Director of Operations - Oversaw day-to-day business and HR operation of a museum with $4.5M annual budget.

Previous positions include Community Relations Manager, Store & Events Manager, Assistant Exhibit Producer, Program Coordinator, and Educator.

Candidate for SHRM-SCP certification in May 2024.
