With over two decades of experience in transportation and freight brokerage, I bring a proven track record of managing high-value client accounts, optimizing logistics operations, and leading cross-functional teams to success.

I oversee more than $5 million in annual revenue, manage strategic customer accounts, and lead a team of account coordinators. My responsibilities include pricing strategy, EDI tender management, conflict resolution, and customer onboarding. I have been recognized with multiple awards, including Account Manager of the Year (2022) and Brokerage MVP (2023 & 2024), which reflect my commitment to excellence and results.

I am a Certified Transportation Broker through the TIA and hold a BA in Communications from Rowan University
