I have been working since I was 13 years old. I am dedicated, hard working, and have experience in many fields, always focusing on customer service. I went to college at Muskegon Business College with a major in Data Processing and accounting. After college, I started my first full time job in 1986 selling chemicals; food, pharmaceutical, and solvents.
I began as a customer service representative for the nations leading chemical distributor. I enjoyed this job so much that I went back to school to try to earn a pharmaceutical degree.
With life's changes, I became involved in operations and shipping, moving to a trucking company as the customer service manager and eventually, opening my own trucking company. When the trucking industry failed, with fuel and insurances prices raising so high, I went back to selling chemicals for the world's leading chemical distributor.
As the industry again changed in centralizing distribution, I made a move back to trucking. I have been in the billing, inventory, shipping, dispatch, and leasing markets for the past 9 years. With the trucking industry again failing, my most recent boss down-sized my postion and I was laid off.
I am looking to find a local job, in the areas of my experience, to benefit my new employer.
