Hello! I graduated from California State University, Long Beach in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Specifically, my degree obtained focused on Human Resources Management. Over the past two years, I have worked in the retail and staffing industries as an HR Assistant.
Both of these roles required strong communication skills as I often handled a large volume of client and employee emails and telephone calls. I also have experience in handling the onboarding paperwork for new employees, background checks, HRIS system Paycom, garnishments, employment verifications, and various other HR duties. I am always looking for new ways to expand my skillsets and experience in order to meet the needs of the organization.
