Syre Masang

Hello my name is Syre Masang. I am from a small island called Palau who just recently moved back home after finishing my schooling in Hilo, HI. I love to work with people and most of my jobs all require customer service.

I am outgoing and love to help people and solve problems. During my time in Hawaii I was working a lot with the customers, so I was able to learn greatly on how to deal with the customer in a professional manner. I am moving to Texas soon and would love to have the opportunity to learn new things with you all as well.

My experiences professionally range from line cook, house cleaner, front desk receptionist, errand boy, and even a pump attendant. Most of which I was told from most of my customers that I excelled in customer service. I am willing to learn new things on the job, but what I can bring to the table is great attitude and the willingness to learn.

My most relevant education would have to be my Bachelors in Communications. Through this degree I learned different types of communication such as Conflict and resolution, reading nonverbal cues, and Public Relation Tactics. This has helped me learn how to use communication skills in a professional environment as well as my own private life.
