Set up boltmaker, often with heat, using induction heater. Materials include T-6 titanium, A286 SS, inconel, H 11 vac melt, waspalloy, 8740 steel, as well as other materials. Set up to blueprint specs, dimentions that are somtimes difficult to achieve and maintain, submit parts to lab before starting run. Submit sample parts to lab every hour to check for cracks, and any tears, any underfill of dimensions.
