Tagelsir Mohamed

My name is Dr. Taj Mohamed born and grow in The Sudan Africa, migrated to USA in April 1995.

I have Ph.D. in Food Microbiology, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, May 2010, MS in Epidemiology, Tuskegee University, and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine University of Khartoum, Khartoum, Sudan.

I worked at United States Department of Agriculture, Food Safety, and Inspection Services for eighteen years. I worked as adjunct professor at the department of natural sciences from spring 2011 to spring 2015. Then from Fall 2023 till present.

I love watching soccer, and American football, also love music.
