Recognized leader with appointments to state and county disability advisory bodies and committed to improving outcomes for individuals and families.
I have more than 20 years of experience coordinating services, managing complex cases, and helping individuals and families navigate systems and access resources. My work has included care coordination, family support, regulatory compliance, and community outreach. In addition to my professional experience, I bring firsthand perspective as a caregiver and advocate for a family member with developmental disabilities.
I currently serve on the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities, the Fulton County Commission on Disability Affairs, and a DBHDD subcommittee, where I work to improve policies and supports for individuals with disabilities and their families.
Professional development includes Certified Peer Specialist training through DBHDD, GA LEND Leadership Education Program, Care Advocacy Training, Parent to Parent of Georgia training, NAMI Basics, CPR certification, and civic leadership programs through Fulton County and the City of Alpharetta.
