• Lead and manage a maintenance team of 30 technicians across three separate snacks and pellet manufacturing plants within the same site
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) and total productive maintenance (TPM) strategies to enhance equipment reliability and reduce chronic losses
• Monitor and improve performance through KPIs including downtime (DT), MTTR, MTBF, and production waste
