I have been in the industry 34 years, or longer I have a strong customer service background and management My passion is to make every guest's experience memorable. I am very well versed at all restaurant positions and excel in increasing sales and profitability, through training those who or under me or on my own I have won GM of the year over 400 stores, exceeding $5 million in one year High volume is my forte' I thrive in very busy situations and am a problem solver, and system creator to produce more results I enjoy bartending and creating a fun environment to bring guests back time and time again.
I was General Manager at Landry's Seafood House for 20 years, where I won GM of the Year over 400 other candidates. Throughout my career I have managed hundreds of people and trained them for advancement I have always excelled in any position I have ever had, into management within months. I learned to manage and train thrugh out my career and am well versed in all hospitality based roles Including, budgeting, cost controls, restaurant level profit, etc.
I am also well versed in sales I am a Regional Sales Manager for Valued Merchants Services, but in previous positions have sold insurance, annuities, managed trusts and was a Financial Advisor.
I atteneded Southwest Baptist University, School of the Ozarks, and Southwest Missouri State University Finishing at SMSU Marketing and Advertisement / Management.
