- Assisted the Sales Manager with researching the older archives for contract cancelations and updating the company's software against the older archived files. This task consists of checking the permanent records for undocumented contract cancelations, undocumented decedent information and NOK information.

- Worked directly with the Project Manager during the demolition of a cremation columbarium which held 1300+ urns. This project consisted of creating new records for every decedent/urn to ensure all placements were correct. Associating 300+ property owners and decedent information in the company's software and onto the permanent records.
