At Idlers I am tasked with answering phone calls, emails and voicemail to schedule repairs for appliances sold at all three stores, called to collect payments when the extended warranty did not cover the service rendered, emailed third party to have warranty suspended if payment was refused, gave quotes to COD customers when needed, close out tickets marked as job complete, order appliance parts that are requested by the technicians and coordinated with a third party via email to source parts that were showing as out of stock.

My job duties at Arcxis are to create customer profiles for each Builder or Developer in California, create and submit proposals, keep accounts up to date and attend builder events and social gatherings. I reach out to customers to get on bid lists for HERS, MEP and T24 daily, building relationships with the nations top ten builders and some of our smaller local builders.

• I need to relocate due to my partner's job and Arcxis did not allow me to live in the area that we were told to relocate to.
