Research Survey Assessing Cosmetic & Aging Concerns in Women of Color. Publication for this study is ongoing with JAMA Dermatology | project funder - Loreal Cosmetics. From this clinical study experience, I developed a greater sense of teamwork, organizational, and time-management skills.
My knowledge of the world of cosmetics, skincare, and skin aging was vastly challenged and expanded. This study was my first opportunity to work on a research team as well as work with a major beauty company like Loreal Cosmetics (study funder). It's an experience that I will never forget and one that will forever be pivotal in my journey to medicine.
