Computer skills including Crossroads for clients' files. Crossroads would include their names. Example mother and children. Address, ages, any allergies, and formula the baby is on. Crossroads was used for scheduling daily appointments, usually every 2-3 months. Intake, income qualifying. Height, weight, and iron of pregnant mothers and children.
Excel skills. We would offer every client over 18 the opportunity to vote, which was done on Microsoft Excel. Sending in voting records to the Department of Health monthly. I would also take the children over 1 year old's iron, height, and weight along with the pregnant and post-pregnancy mother's iron, height, and weight. The clients would spend about 20 minutes with me prior to seeing a nutritionist. I would also use crossroads to print out the daily schedule at the beginning of each day. The appoints were either initial certifications. Initial certs were the first appointment a pregnant mother would have. She would be required to bring in a proof of pregnancy which I would scan into crossroads. Food benefit Issuance appointments would be a phone call appointment just to issue the food benefits.
