Tatum Tande

I am a Minnesota native and an out-of-state undergraduate at the University of San Diego excited to immerse myself in an innovative business-centered environment. As a current student at USD pursuing a International Business and Marketing double major, I strive for high-reward challenges to advance not only my skills, but for the organizations I am involved in. Whether it is being an active member in Gamma Phi Beta, a member at USD's Women in Business Club, or Team Lead at the Knotty Oar Marina, I am always pushing myself to become involved in the organization with the optimum effort.

• Develop procedures and responsibilities for 2-12 team members daily to efficiently delegate duties to ensure the utmost quality of work.
• Manage and monitor pontoon rental platform, stock, and orders to ensure all responsibilities and concerns are appropriately handled.
• Communicate with management when complications occur in pursuance of a productive daily work environment.
