I have over 20 years of leadership experience in different capacities. I am seeking a new work family that would benefit from my varied experience.

Since February I have been contracting for Wells Fargo as an Escalations Rep where I am assisting clients with complaint resolution.

In 2022, I worked as a Practice Manager III for Mercy. I overseen 2 clinics, 4 MDS, 6 NPs, and 25 support staff. My responsibilities included making sure the clinics were properly staffed, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and timekeeping via Kronos. Assisted the providers on being current with licensing and ahead on metrics for customer satisfaction.

I have an AS in Education & a BS in Psychology.
