During my tenure at Berkadia, I designed proposals, Offering Memorandums, presentations, pitches, and various marketing materials that showcased Multifamily CRE properties and investment opportunities. My work often involved collaborating with Project Managers, Analysts, and Advisors to effectively communicate complex data across digital and print platforms.
I also developed infographics, charts, logos, and websites to support property sales, working with properties ranging from $1 Million to $$400 Million in value.
