Daily technical support and ticketing resolution for Help Desk. Our team supported the management/monitoring, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and updating of network devices for Landfill operations. These devices supported Internet, PLC systems, Flare Systems, Alarms, etc. for Remote Monitoring Controls.
- Technical Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Managing Customer Account Access, VPN Access, Remote Access of Devices, Alarm Notification Systems, Networking Support, Network Development, Device Troubleshooting, Device Installations/Setup, New Client Setups, Verizon Data Usage Audits.
