I currently work for a bread company as a lead shipper, I have been there for two years but I am looking for employment elsewhere because I need better pay. I have experience in several different fields, but I excel in customer service.

I have about five years total in customer service experience, both in person and in a call center setting. I have been a CNA, Home health aid, and a caretaker. Currently I am a lead shipper in a factory, printing orders and making sure they get to the correct destination.

I am a highschool graduate and I had my certification for CNA and HHA, but those are long expired.
