Accurately passed that information onto all base GPC program users ensuring "top notch" customer service. Followed up to ensure complete and quality products. Professionally prepared well-developed, complete, clear and timely program guidelines, reports and briefings with realistic and sound recommendations for changes as needed IAW AF-64-117 and the GPC program. Ensured that all managing accounts had their monthly FSO certification and AO approval completed within guidance to ensure that AF receives the maximum US Bank rebate and accounts stayed current and active effort to prevent mission impact.

Warrant of $250K. Overseen and managed the GPC program for Shaw AFB and detached units supported.
- Program consists of: $15.3 M spent using GPC (FY20 total), 16,868 Transactions (FY20 total), 180 Managing Accounts, 322 Individual Cardholder Accounts, 2 Individual Convenience Check Accounts
- Maintained an up-to-date list of account names, account numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers etc. of all current account holders and accounts.
- Provided to the contractor(s) any changes in your agency's organizational structure that may affect invoice/report distribution. Reviewed and evaluated the contractor's technical and administrative task order performance and compliance.
- Actively conducted mandatory initial GPC and refresher training within established timelines IAW AFI 64-117.GPC program. Reviewed GPC account setup requests to ensure that all guidance/training is met. Activated, deactivated and terminated bank accounts for cardholders, approving officials and finance management personnel.
- Accurately maintained record of approving officials and cardholders' refresher training required per DPAP.
- Troubleshoot any declined transactions and provided guidance to AO/CH as to rectify. Included working with AO's, RA's and FM for any account codes or funding related issues and US Bank for possible fraudulent transactions.
- Analyzed trending data to prepare reports and feedback to be presented or provided to the Wing and Squadron's leadership as requested and per guidance requirements to ensure proper and efficient program oversight.
- Resolved technical and operational problems between the contractor and account holders as required.
- Took appropriate action regarding delinquent accounts and report to internal investigative units and the GSA contracting officer any observed violations of applicable executive orders, laws or regulations.

- Brought the wing from a 5% to 100% PIEE compliance and required supporting docs for all cardholders being attached in US Bank to 100% compliance which was the first ever completed at directorate.
- Selected as performer of the month eight times, super performer for the wing's IG inspection, received 2 wing commander's coin, one directorate commander's coin and outstanding recognition from the Shaw AFB Chaplain's office within the first two years of employment as the lead AOPC.
