I am an accomplished Training and Quality Assurance Supervisor with extensive experience in manufacturing environments, specialising in process audits, employee training, and quality management systems. My career spans over 15 years, during which I have developed and led training programs for large teams, managed compliance with industry standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, and driven continuous improvement initiatives.

I am skilled in human performance improvement, critical thinking, and collaboration, with a proven track record of managing training records for over 1,000 employees and overseeing audits across multiple sites. My expertise includes developing training for both new hires and supervisory staff, conducting corrective action reviews, and working closely with engineering and production teams to meet quality and customer requirements.

I am currently pursuing a certificate in Business and Management from Dallas College, complementing a strong foundation of specialized training and certifications in quality and safety. My educational background includes OSHA 30 Hr Training, a Complete Environmental Regulation Course from Lion Training, and an IATF 16949 Automotive Lead Auditor certification from Intertek, all completed in 2025. I also hold a Certificate in Human Performance Improvement from ATD (2022), as well as training in Variation and Control Charts and certifications as a Quality Process Analyst and Quality Improvement Associate from ASQ.

Additionally, I earned an A.A. in General Art from Collin College, further supporting my diverse skill set in quality assurance and process improvement.
