I'm an experienced (5+ years) Sonographer who seeks a team to utilize her sonography skills, patient care, clinical experience and critical thinking abilities. I'd consider myself dependable and friendly. I have a wide range of knowledge in various medical settings, exams and protocol. I'm also ARDMS and BLS (AHA) certified.
From acute/urgent hospitals to fast paced clinical appointment slots, I have experience and adaptability in various settings. As a result of my past experience, I offer knowlege and proficiency in exams such as; abdomen, OBGYN, vascular, superficial/small parts, breast, soft tissue, sterile procedures/surgeries. I obtain pertinent information from the patient to include in my reports that may be helpful for the radiologist in diagnosing.
Additonally, my empathetic nature allows me to care for patients on a genuine level, giving reassurance that they are in good hands.
To summarize my professional experience i have worked/rotated in 3 hospitals, traveled/contracted to various Radnet Clinics across Southern California and specialized in AWBUS breast sonography/general sonography in an out-patient clinic.
My most relevant education (aside from maintaining my continuing education credits) was completion of my Diagnostic Medical Sonography certificate from my accredited college known as Cypress College.
