I’m currently a Referral Coordinator at Village Medical as a Referral Coordinator and processed Prior Authorization for diagnostic services. Prior to that I worked at GHPA for 4 years working front desk and also worked billing claims and followed up on them.

I have 10years experience in Insurance Verification and 5 to 6 years in Prior Authorization. I also have experience working the front desk and processing referrals.I have excellent customer service skills and I take much pride in my work.

I graduated from high school and have taken a college course to learn Medical Terminology.
