Experienced public-sector administrator with nearly 30 years in education, including approximately 15 years as a school superintendent. Currently serve as Assistant Superintendent of Business & Operations for Fort Scott USD 234 with responsibilities that include human resources, budgeting and finance, facilities, construction projects, technology, contracts, purchasing, transportation, food service, and other district operations. My experience has involved both the people and operational sides of an organization - from working with employees and boards to managing budgets, facilities, vendors, projects, and day-to-day operations.

I have spent much of my career working in environments where resources must be carefully managed and decisions have a direct impact on employees, families, and the communities being served.
