Provide a tailored experience and excellent customer service to clients seeking custom designed garments. Schedule and conduct personal consultations, provide budget projections for designs and record client’s measurements. Draft and construct garments according to the client’s measurements and desired look. Hand tailor designs.
Manage relationships with interested buyers, securing sales with extensive knowledge and showcasing inventory of various dress design brands via email, various catalog databases, Zoom, scheduled meetings and Microsoft teams. Manage orders and shipments from shipment docks to client’s showrooms. Perform data entry, scheduling and inventory management. Provide upper management with a daily summary report of all computed information for staff, buyers and incoming orders.
Process new client contracts. Perform accurate transportation appointments data entry. Manage customer incoming calls and provide assistance with scheduling the appropriate transportation, with consideration to each client’s personal medical needs. Coordinate client’s transportation needs with various medical facilities schedules. Conduct daily gas budget, payroll and scheduling for company’s drivers.
