During the work week, I reach out to drivers through what are called EDEW phone calls to make sure they are following job requirement as well as advertise special projects that involve raffles of gifts for team drivers to encourage them in their job as well as show our appreciation to them.

As a team leader I guided employees with tasks and work performance. We worked as a team and helped eachother to successfully accomplish tasks. I also had the honor of going to the 2009 whatagames. Our team won twice, back to back. It was one of the most amazing and rewaeding experiences I've ever had.
