• Diagnosed failed SQL Server Agent jobs, data discrepancies, and slow queries. Read the existing T-SQL and stored procedures, traced what the downstream process expected, restored the run, and wrote the change notes.
• Maintained SSIS packages and scheduled jobs that moved data between banking systems. When a package or job failed, I read the logs, corrected the data, and reran it until the downstream process was consistent. Reconciled data through the Broadridge FXL to Finzly FXStar cutover and the Fiserv-core to FIS IBS migration.
• Supported SOX audits by tracing database and integration controls to the evidence the audit required. The same environments ran on Windows Server and Linux, with layouts for DMZ versus backend, mirroring, and load balancing.

• Built a 16-engineer multi-tier support model and case-management triage for multi-bank outages, coordinating engineers, vendors, and institution contacts. Led PCI compliance work and a knowledge-base migration.
