- While working closely with resident programs (Good Shepherds, CUCS & Strive) in the interest of greater efficiency as they related too inventory controls, single point systems management, supervision of additional maintenance, housekeeping & engineering departments we managed to create an environment complete with cohesive conducts.
- Overseeing all engineering and Structural related departments, maintenance of facility, its security surveillance systems and the general maintenance of its contract were some of the responsibilities associated with assignment.
- I also worked as an agency representative with power of attorney (proxy) on behalf of CG/Times Square Hotel LP in various courts addressing building violations.

I oversaw and evaluated the smooth flow of the PEP, a 72-bed in-house employment shelter. I also managed a staff of up to twenty full-timers, 4 P/T's, and 3-perdiems along with all ascribed administrative responsibilities. I was a key member of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting team.
As chief contact for this agency with FDNY, NYSDOP, CFTH, Dept of Vacancy Control and all other external entities of affiliation, I kept the relationships healthy and sustained the facility's budget while keeping within the required fiscal guidelines.
