- Manage transfer of work for Braking Systems Division globally (North America and UK facilities)
- Perform supplier assessments to address performance issues and also ability for growth
- Supplier Development resource management based on business needs globally
- Provide technical resource for suppliers and internal customers
- Support recovery plans for underperforming suppliers
- Monitor supplier metrics for on-time delivery, RPPM, continuous improvement proposals
- Partner with Division Procurement Manager and Strategic Sourcing team for deflation opportunities
- Member of Aerospace Group team to improve component quoting and cost estimating utilizing both digital factories and part families
Product Engineering Manager - Parker Meggitt Braking Systems Division (PMBSD)

- Manage up to 5 Product Engineers
- Change Board Chairman (Wheel and Brake)- responsibilities include reviewing all wheel and brake engineering changes (U.S.) for implementation; assign actions to all applicable groups for completion
- MRB (material review board) responsibility includes evaluation and analysis of non-conforming product to determine disposition (i.e. acceptable as-is, rework, repair, scrap); past MRB Co-chairman
- PMBSD business system support- SAP material management, CAPPS (production software) and the interface between the two
- PMBSD facility support including Akron, Danville, Queretaro and Ansty Park
- Supplier support- drawing, manufacturing routing and conformance interpretation
- Manufacturing- create/revise manufacturing routings, set-up new part numbers/programs into SAP and CAPPS business systems
