LEED-Green Associate credentialed interior architect with 3+ years at Perkins and Will translating client vision, program requirements, and technical constraints into concept designs, construction documents, and fully realized interiors across corporate, higher-education, and residential portfolios. • Led design and documentation across corporate and higher-education interior projects from programming and schematic design through construction administration, managing 3–5 concurrent projects totaling up to approximately 100,000 SF under senior designer oversight.
• Developed space plans, block plans, test fits, and multi-floor layouts translating client headcount, adjacency requirements, and growth projections into technically precise, design-forward solutions.
• Authored FF&E specifications and material selections, working directly with vendors to source and assemble complete FF&E packages, curating finish palettes aligned with project design intent, budget, and sustainability standards.
• Supported client presentations and design reviews, preparing presentation materials and contributing to discussions on design direction, material palettes, and workplace standards.
• Produced construction documents and coordinated with MEP, structural, and life-safety consultants to resolve code and constructability issues in compliance with ADA, IBC, NFPA, and LEED standards.
