This job requires high Administrative work.
- Take part in scanning all the mail the Texas office receives and file the documents.
- Answer emails that come in from other teams within the company, and client emails.
- File company filings with the TX SOS. File company formations, registrations, Amendments, etc.. Often working with the state of Texas.
- Work with Process Servers to research whether or not we can accept any SOP's that they bring.
- Have created strong relationships with Process Servers and Police Officers. As we partner with them when it comes to processing Subpoenas.
- Position entails talking to any clients that come to our office. Answer any questions they have about our company and services we provide.
- Make the team schedules every two weeks. Making sure that everyone is doing their part and having an equal workload.
- Played a key role, along with my office manager, in planning and implementing our office renovation to ensure our office runs more smoothly and efficiently.
Optometric Technician at Hamilton Eye Associates (2024-04 – 2024-07)
Main responsibility involves preparing patients for their appointments with the doctor. Gather essential information through a series of tests and questions, ensuring that the Doctors have all the necessary information to provide the best care. Additionally, brief the doctors on each patient's background and specific needs before they enter the examination room, ensuring a smoother and more informed interaction. This position has also gotten me familiar with HIPAA.
- Spent a lot of my day on the computer updating patient records and reviewing past medical histories.

Key Holder/ Sales Associate at Barnes & Noble (2021-08 – 2024-05)
Previously held the position of Senior Bookseller/Keyholder. Having grown within the company, become very flexible, allowing me to do various roles throughout the store.
- Responsibilities included a wide range of tasks, from working at the cash register and providing a welcoming first impression to customers, to delivering promotions and memberships and being the last person they see leaving the store.
- Key role in floor management. Completed projects, built displays, answered phone calls, and worked to enhance the shoppers' experience. As a Key Holder, took ownership of the music and DVD section, checking the calendar for promotional updates everyday, and making any necessary changes to ensure up-to-date displays. This position gave me the experience I needed in learning how to make deadlines.
- Heavily involved in our receiving department, where I did a lot of organizational tasks such as sorting, sending customer emails, and maintaining any records.
- Duties also included backroom filing and handling both incoming and outgoing shipments, making sure the flow of inventory was seamless.
- Take pride in keeping the workspaces orderly and clean.

In this fast-paced role, handled high-pressure situations and effectively managed multiple customers and multiple appointments at the same time. What I took from working at David's Bridal was refining my sales and communication abilities while establishing deeper connections with customers.
- Range of responsibilities, including independently managing appointments, providing customers with information on lead times and pricing, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
- Gained valuable knowledge in our products, allowing me to assist customers in finding suitable options even when their exact desires were unavailable.

Sales Associate at Charlotte Russe (2018-05 – 2019-05)
During my time at Charlotte Russe, served as a Cashier, Sales Associate. My time at Charlotte Russe spanned a year, ending with the store's final day of being open due to their bankruptcy. During my time at the end, I really learned how to maintain order and organization in a fast-paced environment.
- One of my favorite duties was creating clothing displays.
- Responsible for making stylish outfits for our mannequins in the store's front display windows.
