I have worked in the coffee industry since the beginning of 2021, quickly growing my skills and advancing to manager at two different coffee shops. Currently, I manage and do HR for Doubles Coffee, located in Washington, D.C. Prior to Doubles, I managed a cafe in Ashburn, Virginia, named Blend Coffee Bar.
Before my time in coffee, I was a Guest Services Supervisor with Olde Towne Pet Resort in Sterling, Virginia. I was with Olde Towne for nearly 5 years, and gained a lot of strong customer service, and team management skills. In total, I have 10 years of customer service experience.
I graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in May, 2018. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre Performance, with a Minor in Women & Gender Studies.
