Being in the diesel repair industry for 20 years has provided me with opportunities for personal and professional growth, including excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical skills, ability to solve problems and scheduling.
I have experience in customer relations, scheduling, distributing jobs, helping run a diesel garage, some accounts payable and receivables, creating reports and managing diagnostic software for mechanics.
I regularly watch or read training regarding the diesel truck industry and/or service advising. Training and weekly meetings are also provided by my current employer.
