Over the past 17 years, I have developed 18 programs for non-profit organizations, recruited, trained, and coordinated over 7,000 volunteers, and directed community events for up to 5,000 attendees.
In my recent role as the Director of Mobilization at the Fresno Mission, I revamped the volunteer program across 5 campuses, developing new strategies for recruitment, on-going training, and volunteer appreciation and retention. As the primary recruiter for the organization, my role involved building relationships with businesses, schools, churches, non-profits, and community groups, conducting presentations and tours, promoting services, directing donation drives, and creating partnership opportunities to enhance our clients experience. In this role, I created a social-educational events for the families in our care, identifying and utilizing the unique resources of each volunteer and community partner.
I have Bachelor of Arts Degree from Life Pacific University with a minor in Cross Cultural Services.
