As a Senior Grants Accountant at Center for Victims of Torture USA, managing the grant and finance works for the International grants portfolio. I am managing federal grants, USAID and UNV grants. My work involves developing budgets, managing cash flow, forecasting expenses, and ensuring compliance with complex grant requirements, managing various subawards throughout the grant life cycle.
I collaborate closely with program managers to align financial goals with program objectives; I am supporting different donor funded projects throughout the grant management phases as well as working on various internal and external financial reports including field expense reports, FFRs and draw down requests.
