Tim Crouthers

I am passionate about servant leadership, using my experience in athletics, coaching, and adaptability to help drive personal growth, community impact, and team success.

With over 20 years of diverse professional experience spanning education, athletics, youth mentorship, and business leadership, I am driven to positively impact lives, foster growth, and contribute meaningfully to high-achieving teams. Throughout my career, I have embraced opportunities to inspire and develop individuals in diverse settings, from guiding students toward academic success and mentoring young leaders to coaching athletes and advancing their physical and mental performance. My recent roles as a Substitute Teacher, particularly in physical education, math, and Intensive Learning Centers, and extensive background as a Basketball, Football, and Strength and Conditioning Coach have reinforced my versatility and dedication to fostering growth and excellence.

Beyond education and athletics, my experience as a General Manager of a multi-million-dollar retail sales operation sharpened my leadership, operational, and team-building skills in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Along with my YMCA and youth ministry roles, these experiences reflect a career built on adaptability, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to enriching lives in various ways.

I recently completed my master's program in Sports Coaching at the University of Northern Colorado, which further equipped me to support and elevate those I serve. My Bachelor's degree is in Psychology from the University of Colorado. My varied educational background and work experience enable me to serve others in multiple professional roles.
