Tim O'Brien

I am a motivated, experienced, work smarter than harder type of guy. Cutting corners is non negotiable and completing the task at hand correctly the first time in a safe and expedient manner is what I'm about.

I am obsessed with making my customers/superiors not just satisfied, but well pleased with my work, decisions, and resolutions to potential issues. Gaining their trust in all aspects of my job is of the utmost importance to me.

My professional experience is for the most part starting businesses from scratch, making them very successful, then selling them.

I have an enormous amount of experience with everything related to start ups; i.e. budgets, delegating, negotiations, customer service, management, stock, etc… Getting the job done in a professional, honest, savvy way which often times includes just plain ol unadulterated hard work and grit.

My education is made up of mostly growing up in a family owned business (cattle farm, grocery store) and learning on the job. Although I earned an associates in machine tool and die, I'm a quick study of my upbringing and entrepreneur school of hard knocks.
