I am a natural problem-solver with strong leadership skills and focus on being a knowledgeable and organized professional. I am confident in my ability to quickly learn and absorb new information. I enjoy identifying and working through conflicts to achieve business objectives in a timely manner and have experience presenting those problems and solutions to the Executive and C-suite levels of a company. As a leader, I have always been able to inspire and motivate my team to excel, leading by example and ensuring a positive work environment. I think it is important to work to everyone’s strengths and help support them in their areas of weaknesses.

My organizational skills have allowed me to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, keeping track of priorities and deadlines to make sure quality and performance standards were achieved. I think I do my best work under pressure and am adept at adapting to changing circumstances, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

My career is highlighted by a series of advanced positions of increased responsibility for maintaining a consistent track record of success. In my former position, I served as Government Mortgage Underwriter at Freedom Mortgage, working with Sales teams to issue real-time product knowledge, income calculations, and credit risk analysis to maximize net tangible benefits for borrowers.

During my career, I have succeeded in achieving business objectives by providing strategic insight and executing organizational goals year-over-year. In recent years, I’ve been involved in vital stakeholder negotiations, technical business projects, and process improvement initiatives.

I attended Brown University, obtaining my degree in Business Economics in 2016.
