If you are reading this letter, it means I have found a position within your company or facility, that I have an interest in filling and for which I have applied. I have been registered nurse of approximately 20 years, and have worked in health care for 25. I have spent most of my time working in the high paced world of critical care nursing, but I have also spent some time in supervisory and leadership roles as well.

I have always brought with my level of care, an unprecedented degree of advocacy, skill, teamwork, dependency, reliability, innovation, mentorship, determination, organization and cooperation in teamwork. I am the father of two nonverbal high needs autistic children, for which my wife and I advocate for daily. Experiencing first-hand the vulnerabilities in marginalized groups of developmentally disabled people, and the resource struggles they have to overcome, has been a tremendously humbling and unique experience.
