I am a high school physics teacher who is looking for a change of career in the electrical engineering field. My current employment allows me to have strong presentation skills and be able to communicate with a wide variety of personalities. Not only do I have an ambition to spread my knowledge to those who seek it, I also love to learn new traits from colleagues and peers to better myself as a company asset.
I have over 9 years of work experience in education. For the last 6 years, I have taught high school physics. I spent a summer working as an intern at AEP as a station tech support engineer where I learned how to collaborate with professional in the field as well as aide in the completion of project tasks.
I currently have a GPA of 3.88 in the masters program of electrical engineering at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. I am expected to finish the program at the end of July of this year, 2023. Some of the programs I am familiar with are MATLAB, Quartus Verilog coding, SQL database coding, and pSpice for circuit design. Additionally, I am currently learning Python coding on my spare time.
