- Unload trucks home delivery trucks and containers. Arrange containers and ensure all trucks with containers or bulk loads are in correct order

- Load and unload containers, aircraft, and help distribute containers for sort or storage, wing walk aircraft and drive equipment on ramp to service aircraft cargo, crew stairs, lavatory, and water storage on aircraft

Ramp / PG (Process Guide) / Teams Lead at Amazon KBWI (2020-07 – 2023-09)
- Load and unload aircraft by loading or unloading ULD for bulk and loading and unloading ULDs from main cargo deck and lower decks of aircraft
- Transport ULD by tug to casterdeck or doors for offload by warehouse as well as pick up cans going to an outbound flight
- Marshal aircraft, equipment, or operational needs, wingwalking, headset, beltloaders and loading or unloading bins
- Casterdeck communications between warehouse and teams on the flights for outbound ULD destined for each flight help tug drivers load ULD to their dollies and ensure all appropriate locks are up and locked into the up position
- Work with direct communication or assignment with PA (process guide) and management about overall operations help the PA enforce everything that needs to be done and help communicate issues or ULDs on casterdeck including out bound flights
- Attend meetings prior to staff coming in and 5S if assigned by taking pictures of planes at gates with or without stairs attached in flow chat to ensure security of aircraft and all GSE equipment is in its proper parking locations fod buckets emptied and cones are in correct placement
- Lead teams by giving them small important roles, solve any issues, and if anything with the aircraft weather delays, maintenance delays, or crew time outs and communicate the situation with management and or the PA
Ramp / T-Points / Tugs at Quantum Aviation Services (QAS) (2023-09 – 2025-06)
- Load and unload commodities (bags & freight) from or to aircraft ensure the 2 inch gap and make sure the bags are loaded in accordance to the scanner set by a supervisor or load planner
- Use equipment such as beltloaders, tugs, and push back
- Wingwalking and marshaling of the aircraft and support equipment moving to or out of aircraft
- Process bags by destination flight number and time of the flight put bags in carts and run it to gates via tug
- Scan airport badge (SIDA) into scanner to turn on belts, unload bags for passengers to receive in bag claims in arrivals
- Dispatch will assign flight and certain items or gates or cold bags (cold bags are bags not making a connection of +2 hours) and prioritize hot bags for immediate delivery to gate or aircraft to ensure it makes it to its flight
- Monitor the download of aircraft and help block in the assigned flight usually 3 tugs are dispatched to one flight but if it's a heavy or international flight assign 4 to 5 tugs instead
- Turn in bag reconciliation paperwork to the dispatch desk where a supervisor will submit the papers

- Do rounds in garage, ensure the safety of patrons, property, and vehicles parked in garage from theft, damage
- Report accidents or incidents to dispatch for the casino company and follow their lead and do report on the incident, time, where, who, and the incident itself
